Preparations have already begun to celebrate the arrival of Emperor Charles V to Tornavacas and Jarandilla de la Vera, both in the province of Cáceres; arrival that will take place on the second and third weekend of November, respectively.
November will be a very carolino month for Extremadura. More specifically, for the villages of Tornavacas and Jarandilla de la Vera. Both are already preparing the reception they will tribute to Emperor Charles V — in the case of the first, on November 8th and 9th. And in the second one, on the 15th and 16th—, a reception that will have all kinds of cultural activities, and that will also include, as usual, a historical recreation.
In the case of Tornavacas, the activities that will be developed will be different and varied, among which there are talks, animation in the streets or tasting of typical autumnal dishes.
